All products sold on JUSASK. are 3D-printed items, ranging from home décor to functional custom-made products, keychains, and gifts.
Certain products may be available exclusively online. These may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only in cases of defects.
We have made every effort to display product images and colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will reflect them perfectly.
Custom requests are accepted, but once production has begun, no further changes can be made.
We accept payment via Stripe, GrabPay, WeChat Pay, credit/debit card, and PayNow (upon request only).
We accept payments in all currencies, with conversions processed by your payment provider.
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. Beyond this timeframe, cancellations cannot be accepted.
We deliver worldwide.
Delivery is via third-party couriers, which may vary by location. Self-collection can be arranged upon request.
Standard items are shipped within 1–3 working days. Customised orders may take longer. Rush orders can be arranged with an additional surcharge.
Once orders are handed over to the courier, JUSASK. is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages during transit.
We do not accept returns except for items that are defective or faulty.
Refunds will only be issued for defective or faulty items, at our sole discretion.
We are not responsible for items lost during the shipping process.
