Processing Time
Standard items: 1–3 working days before dispatch
Custom orders: Processing time may be longer, depending on complexity
Rush orders: Available with an added surcharge (contact us first)
Delivery Options
Singapore: Courier delivery. Self-collection is available upon request (chat with us).
Worldwide: International courier delivery. Costs and times vary depending on destination.
Estimated Delivery Time
Singapore: 1–3 working days after dispatch
International: 7–21 working days after dispatch (depending on courier & customs)
Responsibility
Once your order is handed to the courier, we are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused during transit. Please contact the courier directly for shipping issues.
As our products are made to order and often customised, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
Refunds/Exchanges are only provided if:
The item arrives defective or faulty
You notify us within 3 days of receiving your order with supporting evidence of the issue

Errors in customisations (e.g., name spelling) approved before production
